High Street Commercial is an industry leader focused on making loans from $100k - $100m. To be a High Street Commercial loan officer, one must possess a strong knowledge of commercial underwriting and investment analysis. 3+ years of previous commercial real estate experience is an absolute must as is a 4 year college degree from an accredited University with a degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, Finance, Statistics, Marketing, Math or Engineering.
